The following notice is provided in accordance with the second-hand dealers and pawnbrokers act of 1989. It is a legal requirement that IK2 publish this notice. IK2 takes significant steps to ensure that no second hand goods traded by IK2 are stolen. This includes only purchasing goods from people we meet in person and maintaining records about where and from whom goods were sourced.

Stolen Goods

Any person who believes that goods stolen from them are avaialble for sale on these premises is not obliged to buy them but may -

(a) Request the police to serve a notice prohibiting the alteration or disposal of goods for 21 days; and

(b) Seek an order from the migistrates' court for delivery of the goods. See sections 24 & 26 of the second-hand dealers and pawnbrokers act 1989. Stolen goods.

	Brand new	Item is brand new. It is fresh out of the packaging ready for delivery to you. Brand new items have never been used before. 	Excellent	Item is in excellent used condition with very few, if any, signs of prior use.
	Very Good	Item is in very good used condition with only minor signs of prior use. (Items in very good condition may have a few small feint scratches or tiny chips). See item photos for details.
	Good	Item is in good working order but has signs of wear from prior use . (Items in good condition may have scratches or chips.) See item photos for details.
	Fair	Item is in working order, but has considerable signs of wear from prior use . (Items in fair condition may have major dints, missing veneer, clearly visible bumps in surfaces.) See item photos for details.
	Poor	Item is broken. See item photos for details.
