We presently have a limited number of appointments available where you can inspect items of interest before you commit to buying them. To arrange an inspection:

Add items of interest to your shopping cart.
At the checkout screen, select "Inspect First".
Select your preferred time to inspect the items at our location: 3/662 Whitehorse Road, Mitcham, 3132.

The number of inspection appointment times available is limited. The quickest way to receive your items will normally be delivery. Our delivery service operates 6 days a week (excluding Sundays and public holidays) and all items are covered by our warranty and returns policy. You can select a preferred delivery day and time at the checkout screen when purchasing through our website.

	Brand new	Item is brand new. It is fresh out of the packaging ready for delivery to you. Brand new items have never been used before. They come fully assembled and can be delivered at our very competitive delivery prices. With our brand new items you can avoid walking through the maze at a store to find the item you're after, having to load it into your car, get it home, and then (in the case of furniture items) figure out the instructions for getting it assembled. We take care of all that for you!
	Excellent	Item is in excellent used condition with very few, if any, signs of prior use.
	Very Good	Item is in very good used condition with only minor signs of prior use. (Items in very good condition may have a few small feint scratches or tiny chips). See item photos for details.
	Good	Item is in good working order but has signs of wear from prior use . (Items in good condition may have scratches or chips.) See item photos for details.
	Fair	Item is in working order, but has considerable signs of wear from prior use . (Items in fair condition may have major dints, missing veneer, clearly visible bumps in surfaces.) See item photos for details.
	Poor	Item is broken. See item photos for details.
