We are open by appointment only. To make an appointment to inspect a furniture item, you can book a time by:

Browing products on our website.
Clicking the "Add to Cart" button below the item or items you would like to inspect.
Clicking the shopping cart button in the top right.
Filling in the details required, including selecting the time you would like to inspect.
Clicking the submit button. You will receive an e-mail confirming your inspection time.

	Brand new	Item is brand new. It is fresh out of the packaging ready for delivery to you. Brand new items have never been used before. They come fully assembled and can be delivered at our very competitive delivery prices. With our brand new items you can avoid walking through the maze at a store to find the item you're after, having to load it into your car, get it home, and then (in the case of furniture items) figure out the instructions for getting it assembled. We take care of all that for you!
	Excellent	Item is in excellent used condition with very few, if any, signs of prior use.
	Very Good	Item is in very good used condition with only minor signs of prior use. (Items in very good condition may have a few small feint scratches or tiny chips). See item photos for details.
	Good	Item is in good working order but has signs of wear from prior use . (Items in good condition may have scratches or chips.) See item photos for details.
	Fair	Item is in working order, but has considerable signs of wear from prior use . (Items in fair condition may have major dints, missing veneer, clearly visible bumps in surfaces.) See item photos for details.
	Poor	Item is broken. See item photos for details.
