Where IK2 customers voluntarily provide feedback on IK2 services, or publish a review of IK2's services on a third party website, IK2 may also publish this review on the IK2 website. In such instances, reviews will be published with only the customer's first name and suburb. Surnames, e-mail addresses, addresses, phone numbers or other personally identifiable details will be removed from any published reviews.

	Excellent	Item is in excellent used condition with very few, if any, signs of prior use.
	Very Good	Item is in very good used condition with only minor signs of prior use. (Items in very good condition may have a few small feint scratches or tiny chips). See item photos for details.
	Good	Item is in good working order but has signs of wear from prior use . (Items in good condition may have scratches or chips.) See item photos for details.
	Fair	Item is in working order, but has considerable signs of wear from prior use . (Items in fair condition may have major dints, missing veneer, clearly visible bumps in surfaces.) See item photos for details.
